Job Position: Sales Representative
Department: Sales
Location: Macedonia

Main Responsibilities:
Supports the development and planning of sales strategies, proposes budget plans, manages client relationships, identifies new clients, oversees all steps of the sales process, ensures continuous client engagement, and is responsible for achieving the business plan, financial results, and maintaining the office’s image.

Main job tasks and responsibilities:
• Conducts the necessary planning for the preparation of the annual sales budget.
• Responsible for achieving the office’s business plan and financial results.
• Proposes local marketing incentives to support the implementation of the marketing strategy.
• Implements customized marketing strategies for the office’s operating market, as approved by the Sales and Marketing Director.
• Identifies relevant events and activities (business forums, networking events) for product presentation, sponsorships, and cultural engagements.
• Identifies potential marketing agencies for future collaboration in promoting the office and projects.
• Sources local providers for the preparation of various marketing materials
• Executes market penetration and sales strategies for the target market.
• Manages and continuously monitors client relationships.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the visual image of the office and personal representation as a BRE representative.
• Manage relationships with real estate agencies and partners for property sales, including the preparation of bilateral agreements and regular updates of sales information.
• Coordinates with involved parties regarding client payment terms and deadlines, as outlined in the sales contracts.
• Conducts real estate market research in the local area by gathering specific client demands (existing and potential), monitors competitor activity to assess market impact, and supports product typology development with market insights.
• Prepares and maintains the necessary documentation and files to represent BRE, including partnership contracts and detailed scripts for negotiation and company/project/property presentations in line with corporate standards and policies.
• Collaborates with the team to provide sales-oriented evaluations for new project ideas planned by investors.
• Responsible for delivering high-quality customer service.
• Manages the entire process of contract finalization with clients.
• Oversee client relationship management with a focus on generating new leads and supporting all phases of the sales process: pre-sales, sales, and after-sales, to meet company objectives.
• Responsible for all Pre-Sale, Sale, and After-Sale activities within the office.
• Accountable for the administrative processes of the office.

Work Experience:

• At least 3 years of experience in the same field is required.

Other Qualifications:

• University degree in business or related fields
• Well-oriented, focused, and equipped with strong professional skills, with a good understanding of the business environment
• Solid business acumen and proven sales capabilities
• Mature, reliable, and professional in interactions with company executives
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to work effectively within a team
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and ability to read AutoCAD files
• Highly organized with strong coordination and multitasking abilities
• Committed, positive, and hard-working attitude
• Persuasive, with strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Capable of contributing to business development initiatives and delivering professional presentations
• Possession of a valid driving license
• Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work environments
• Fluency in English and Macedonian is required, while knowledge of Albanian is considered a strong asset, as the position targets candidates of Albanian origin residing in Macedonia.
