INVENIO & QHS is a German outsourcing company with offices in Europe, China, the USA, and Australia. With over forty years of experience in the field of quality control development and management within production environments, as well as human resources, we successfully support our clients’ needs worldwide.

Due to the expansion of our team, we are currently seeking a Resident Supervisor in Automotive Industry to join our operations at the client’s site in Ohrid.

Responsibilities:

1.	Act as the main point of contact between the company and the client, representing company interests in all activities.

2.	Maintain daily and effective communication with the client, ensuring smooth cooperation and alignment on all operational matters.

3.	Set up new projects and continuously improve existing ones according to client needs and company standards.

4.	Coordinate and support the on-site team working at the client’s facility.

5.	Supervise and communicate with operators, ensuring proper task execution and compliance with quality standards.

6.	Establish, implement, and continuously improve work processes and supervision systems.

7.	Communicate with employees regarding operational issues and support them in problem-solving.

8.	Ensure effective collaboration, discipline, and motivation within the team on-site.

9.	Handle administrative tasks, including employee documentation and reports on project activities and progress. 



Requirements:

1.	Previous experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment.

2.	Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.

3.	Proactive and goal-oriented mindset, with a hands-on approach to solving problems.

4.	Ability to lead and motivate on-site teams, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality standards.

5.	Technical understanding of production or quality processes.

6.	Professional attitude with the ability to represent company interests towards the client and maintain a positive relationship.

7.	Fluent in English and Macedonian, both spoken and written.

8.	Driver’s license (B category)
