The successful candidate will drive recruitment, performance management, workforce planning, and employee engagement while ensuring strong HR processes and compliance.

Потребни квалификации

Requirements

Proven experience in Human Resources role

Knowledge of Macedonian labor law 

Strong knowledge of recruitment, performance management, and employee relations

Experience working with international teams or Customer Support is an advantage

Strong organisational and analytical skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Excellent command of the English language
