Requirements for candidates: • University Degree • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, listening) in English • Detail-oriented in a multi-tasking environment • You have the ability to communicate efficiently with a variety of stakeholders. • Excellent problem solver capable of using own initiative, but nevertheless are a team player with a positive mindset • You are a quick learner, flexible and highly adaptable. • You are able to multitask and keep the focus. • Attention to detail is highly important. • Experience in customer service is an advantage. • Good computer skills, working with MS WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK is no issue • Experience in working with databases is a plus • Analytical skills • Trainings in Belgium for periods up to 2 weeks are no problem ( if required )

Support and Solutions Center MK is a company who is working for large international clients, providing services in the domain of administration (related to logistics, technical administration), customer service, accountancy, IT, engineering,...
We are an administrative logistic center who is working for large international clients, active in plastics, Iron & steel, paper, tires, overall general cargo, commodities (cacao and coffee), wood and transport.
You will be a part of a team and will be responsible for providing correct and important logistic information towards these clients, in order to process the daily logistic flows all over the world.
This environment creates opportunities and job satisfaction, by fulfilling necessary information towards our own company subsidiaries abroad and by maintaining and optimizing international logistic flows from our clients.
Main tasks: • Resolve questions and service issues for customers via phone and mail in English on daily basis in function of the specific needs. • Process work instructions in order to fulfill administrative processes. • Work productively both individually and in a team environment with an analytical and logical approach • Ensure excellent levels of customer service and service delivery are maintained and exceeded • Internal communication with subsidiaries from the company • Monitor daily requirements provided by the clients.
