• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or business related or relevant subject. • Shared Services Management Experience preferred. • HR Business Partnering experience min. 7 years in a generalist HR function and managerial experience to HR BP. • Good knowledge of business concepts • Knowledge of Macedonian employment legislation • Interview / conversation techniques • Experience with change projects • Language knowledge: Excellent written & spoken English, Dutch/French an advantage. • Demonstrating concern for people, safety and the environment • Building relationships based on mutual trust • Ensuring transparency in communications and actions • Concentrating on achieving results, Continuously improving • Customer orientation (internal/external) • Sharing knowledge, Dealing with change • Strategic thinking • Stakeholder Management • Building and maintaining relationships based on mutual trust • Ability to work on own initiative • Decision Making • Influence a positive culture and working environment.

As a Manager within the Support & Solutions organization, this role is key to delivering a working environment which upholds our values and enables our colleagues to deliver the business objectives of the Shared Services. It is the primarily responsible for the day to day operations and liaising with all shared service employees, while building strong cooperation with the local departments (IT, Finance, HR etc.).
• Direct point of contact for Support and Solutions employees. • First point of contact for the client managers with the aim of guiding them in their role. • Acts as the link between employees, client management and Support and Solutions, in order to deliver the objectives of the Shared Services. • One corporate office location. • The number of employees for whom the position holder is responsible for is currently circa 45.
Office & Facilities Management • Creating & Maintaining a safe working environment for the shared services teams. • Ensure efficient and effective operation of the Office, supplies are maintained and available as needed. • Facility maintained and managed effectively and to high standards in cooperation with Support & Solutions. Resolve any issues that arise and take employees needs into account.
Onboarding to Offboarding • Support the fast and high-quality selection and recruitment of employees in close cooperation with managers, in order to attract the right potential to realize the role and company objectives in the short and long term. • Supervising those entering and leaving the company, as well as through-flow, in cooperation with managers in order to ensure that this is a smooth, informed and professionally supported change process for the employee concerned.
Consultation & Partnership • Clarifying, identifying and coaching the needs of the managers, whether expressed or not, so that they problem solve the situation. Coaching & facilitating them to resolve complex queries. Offer new insights & several solutions. • Discussing those needs/problems and 'partnering' the managers (convincing / supporting / guiding) by offering possible solutions that are not always obvious. • Usually does not start from a fixed or known framework.
HR Business Partnering • Manage the HR processes for all employees in line local requirements. • Encouraging and advising managers on the importance of the engagement of their employees and to promote a culture of inclusion and wellbeing. • Advising, guiding and supporting employees and managers on the use of HR tools, in order to ensure that these tools are used in a professional, effective, constructive and developmental way in the organization. • Preparing, implementing and following up on defined HR processes and projects and guiding possible change processes.
Organization Design • Monitoring the consistency of remuneration of departments and intervening if necessary to ensure fair remuneration, which is in line with our remuneration principles. • Guiding managers in drawing up job descriptions so that they correctly reflect the activity and result areas of the job holder and allow the role to be correctly graded according to the remuneration framework. • To address any queries concerning remuneration and to help realize, follow up and implement the remuneration policy implemented by Comp & Ben. Thus ensuring that employees are correctly remunerated and that the remuneration policy is supported within Support and Solutions.
Employee Relations • Building up good relationship with the employees, managers and other key stakeholders in order to contribute to a positive employee relations culture. • Leasing with Support and Solutions to resolve employee relations issues or queries.
HR Administration • Providing support within the wider HR Shared Services team.
