Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Macedonian • Demonstrable IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Social media skills would also be an advantage • A can-do, positive, enthusiastic attitude • Attention to detail, able to use their initiative with the aim of delivering a high quality service • Strong interpersonal skills and a good team player • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude • Flexible and adaptable • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task • High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus

Job Description
The main purpose of the role will be to provide professional office administration, providing administrative support and managing the queries. Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents • Answer queries by employees and clients • Update office policies as needed • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments • Book meeting rooms as required • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages) • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned • Arrange travel and accommodations • Provide general support to visitors • Schedule in-house and external events • Other ad hoc tasks.
