Required experience and studies:

Supporting the Group Service Business Information Services / IT, you will be responsible for supporting the automation of business processes in the different countries. You will be using advanced technologies being part of a team of dedicated colleagues that find a strong belief in open communication, reliable systems and an informal atmosphere.
As HR Administrator you will provide HR support to managers, employees, and HR manager and will ensure Indaver’s conditions of employment are conducted in compliance with all relevant employment law to ensure an engaged workforce.
-Updating all relevant systems and reports with starters, leavers, updated details -Ensuring all documents are accurate and updated and passed to employees and filed (contracts, letters, performance reviews, change in responsibility letters, exit interviews, etc.) -Renewal of medicals as appropriate -Ensuring the right people are in the right jobs doing the right work -Support managers with the development of their teams including the use of performance improvement plans as appropriate -Employee engagement with career development for retention of employees -Conduct investigation and disciplinary meetings up to final written warning -Review updated law & policies and assessing how they effect our business -Update appropriate manuals -Ensuring all records are maintained and retained for appropriate time periods -Maintenance of training records (hard and soft copies, and records) ITS system -Co-ordination and planning of training -Review of training requirements as per training matrix -Training needs analysis with managers -Training evaluation -HR procedures and policies -Updates to legislation and policies -Training design support to other areas of the business -Administration of recruitment, processing of applications, responses to all applications, arranging interviews, pre employment medicals etc. -Screening of applications -Arranging and conducting Interviews -Review of recruitment processes to ensure assessment of most accurate criteria at recruitment stage -Recruitment workshops with coaching for interviewers -Processing payroll including salary, overtime, bonuses, benefits, deductions and sending payments through on line bank.
