DECSRIPTION: We are looking for a full time Truck Driver Recruiter that will work closely with our Operations Managers and dispatchers through the recruitment and retention of truck drivers. The responsibilities will primarily consists of actively recruiting truck drivers for our transportation and logistics operations in the USA.
The target market is the American pool of CDL Drivers and Owner Operators. This is a “Work from Office” position - 2nd shift. English is the primary language for internal and external communication. Competitive Salary + Bonuses per recruit.
RESPONSIBILITES: 1. Have broad knowledge of our company structure and culture, and to enable the conveyance of that information to new driver hires. 2. Work on different recruiting platforms to source and actively recruit passive candidates. 3. Work with auditors using hiring criteria to determine qualifications and suitability for employment as a Company Driver or Owner Operator. 4. Work in LinkedIn Recruiting, Zip Recruiter, Facebook, Instagram, Indeed and CareerBuilder to recruit new applicants. 4. Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for taking the initial application through acceptance and start data. 5. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs in order to effectively hire for the assigned function. 6. Be a part of hiring decisions and extend job offers. 7. Other projects and duties as assigned.
