Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Specialty Chemicals, Petrochemicals, or a related field.
Affinity and interest in technology and computer sciences.
Proficiency in spoken and written English; German language skills are a plus.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent administrative, detail-oriented, and analytical skills.

Desired Skills and Expertise:
Experience in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems).

Job Opportunity: Functional Support Analyst
Are you an enthusiastic individual looking to be part of a dynamic team? We are seeking a Functional Support Analyst to join our Group Service Business Information Services/ICT team. As a Functional Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in automating business processes in different countries using cutting-edge technologies. Join a team of dedicated colleagues who value open communication, reliable systems, and an informal atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the software (LIMS & SAP) used within our systems.
Gain a clear understanding of all operational processes in the laboratory.
Utilize specific manuals when executing tasks or create them if needed.
Create and execute test scenarios to verify system design and behavior (release testing).
Generate reports and documentation for all testing efforts, results, issues, errors, loggings, and tracking data.
Provide 1st and 2nd line support in LIMS.
Manage data, configuration, and authorization in LIMS.
Produce BI reports on LIMS data.
Integrate LIMS with other systems.
Define and maintain documentation for existing and new solutions in collaboration with other LIMS analysts.
Assist in the implementation of new projects or change requests in cooperation with our IT analysts.
