We are seeking a professional that has worked on medium-to-large projects. With a large number of projects on a global scale, we are looking for a talented individual to oversee and follow-up on the administration and standardization of these projects.
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Assist in drafting up monthly progress reports
- Assist in drafting up minutes of meetings
- Make and maintain an index of the document transmittals and corresponding approvals
- Make and maintain an index of the construction drawings and approvals
- Combine final as-built drawings and technical files
- Assist project managers in procurement phase
- Must enjoy being part of a hands-on team

Потребни квалификации
Candidate requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience with a proven track record of projects involvement
• Detail-oriented and capable of seeing the big picture
• Motivated, proactive, energetic, accurate and good “project team player”. Able to work independently.
• Perform well under pressure in a dynamic, target oriented and challenging project environment
• Willing to start work on short notice
• Must be willing to travel as per specific project requirements
• High professional ethic
• You have a deeply rooted passion for the renewable energy transition
• You have basic computer skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint is a plus.
• Hands on mentality, willingness to work on the floor will be daily needed qualities
• You are a problem solver and creative organizer
